Founded in 1988. Our goal was to help non-union contractors working on Davis-Bacon and Prevailing Wage jobs to become more competitive with union shops. We have met our goal, and we have become one of the industry leaders.
We are the oldest Prevailing Wage Pension Plan Administrator on the street under the same management and ownership.
We continue to be active in ABC and AGC Associations and stay current on construction industry events, as well as changes in Prevailing Wage Laws.
We have combined forces with Great-West Retirement Services an A+ with AM Best Company Inc. that has been providing retirement services since 1940 with 3.5 million participants. Together we are able to offer 18 different Money Managers and 39 different investment options.
